Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Improvement Partnership Survey

Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Improvement Partnership or as we know them D&WMHIP are a group of passionate and dedicated people who want to help bring positive change to Mental Health services in Dudley & Walsall. exboozehound first met a few of the guys in about July/August 2018 and after they explained to him what they wanted to do and didn’t ask for his help and access to his contacts and network he decided he wanted to help them achieve what they want to achieve…. Also a couple of the guys came to the event in October 2018 celebrating 5 years of exboozehound and the launch of 2day2gether. (exboozehound’s blog 5 years anniversary& 2day2gether launch).

(PLEASE NOTE – Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Improvement Partnership are connected to Rethink Mental Illness, whilst we at 2day2gether are happy to help them achieve what they want to achieve. it in no way means 2day2gether support or don’t support Rethink Mental Illness)

This survey is entirely anonymous. The Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Improvement Partnership is an independent organisation with support from Rethink Mental Illness. We want to ensure that the services people receive are compassionate, timely, efficient and useful. Please complete any questions you feel comfortable to below. The results of this will help shape our work in the future and influence the meetings we hold with your local Mental Health Trusts, MP’s, Commissioners, Local Councils and other relevant parties.
